Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgreens location is awful - prepare to wait long times, even in drive-thru when no one else is in line, as well as pharmacist tend to be rude and dismissive. I just waited five plus minutes in empty drive-thru to pick up a medication that has been stated as ready to be told it's not. This is the service you get here.

Lied about having my medication in stock and made me wait over a week when i called them. Order was supposed to come in last week, lady on the phone said I would get a text when it was ready and got snappy with me for asking clarifying questions and calling for updates. which i did because the app is so unreliable. I never got a text last week and now it’s out of stock again. Also it’s illegal to lie about a medication being out of stock, It’s wrong. The person who is waiting for it and called first should be getting it filled, it’s first come first serve at walgreens. Still waiting on it btw

Pharmacist was rude and I heard them talking about me over the phone. They don’t send texts when your prescription is ready then get mad at you when you call them even if you’ve been waiting for a week. This is not okay or fair at all.

Since when is the pharmacy closed on weekends???? Rediculous good help id nowhere to be found and they dont fill scripts until you get mad and call 3 days after they recieved it i was in the area so half hour after I called them they dinally filles the next morning after I sat there for over an hour and got nowhere. And then I figured Ill pick them up this weekend but I guess not. Whats happening? Oh well they should at least make it look good until yhe medical industry gets dissassembled permanently for being totally useless in helping and caring and exceptionally good at painful life endings and theft of the elderlys jewelry. Why am I not surprised at all?

I am usually not one to ever complain, however, what I experienced today at this, Walgreens was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I decided to go into Walgreens and get over-the-counter medication for my son. My son gets constipated occasionally and I always buy over-the-counter Pedialax chewables for children ages 2 to 11 years old. I went to go purchase this product at the Walgreens however, unfortunately, they did not have that and I saw a different brand that I have never used before, but assumed that it would be ok to try something else. This one however, has written on the directions to give for children ages 4-11 years and older. It also said to ask a pharmacist or a doctor for any ages under 4. I am a first time mother I also am a nurse as well, but I don’t know everything
