Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens is always a nice place to go because they have such a great variety. The staff has always been very friendly. Where this location could improve is in the pharmacy. They do a lot of business and therefore have a lot of people standing in lines. Also when a person in the drive-thru gets up to the window you notice that they can sit for several minutes sometimes 10 or 15. Those people should be placing their orders and then be sent into the back of the line for pickup because it would keep things moving much smoother.

Just horrible. The wait times for picking up are ridiculous and wrapped around the building and in store. I just called and was hold for 40 mins to ask when my son’s meds would be refilled and she told me they were on back order and I could call another pharmacy and it could be transferred and I asked would I have to call back all over again and wait another 40 mins to tell them about the transfer if I was to find one and and got smart with me and said well first of all blah blah blah and didn’t even listen to my question bc her response had nothing to do with what I was asking. I genuinely didn’t know the process. Rude for no reason. Definitely about to transfer all of our meds to somewhere else. Insanely slow, you can hear the pharmacy techs just yappin it up, they took 3.5hrs to put 15 pills in a bottle. Its been 4hrs now and i still dont have my other rx consisting of 6 pills. I dont know who else in the area is faster but I'd recommend trying anywhere but here.

The absolute slowest and worst pharmacy ever. It took over 45 minutes just to pick up two prescriptions that I received a text saying were already ready for pickup. This place always has a crazy line.

My prescription was sent since december and its February and I still dont have it. I didnt get any communication in regards to the prescription until I complained to my doctor. Last night I showed up to get my prescription to be told its delayed due to January's snow fall. ❄️ 🫠 I gave up, im changing pharmacy.
