Walgreens Pharmacy

This is the WORST Walgreens I have dealt with in the last 10 years. I have been discriminated against the minute they find out what im perscribed, as though if they know more than my doctor! Just because they flunked out of med school after 2 years gives them the right to treat me like crap. I have been hung up on twice while asking for them to initiate a refill request! Their techs are uncivil and mean. When I brought it to the pharmacist’s attention, in his broken English, he would not believe me. And said all calls are recorded, I said great! PLEASE LISTEN TO THEM. he said no time. lol

Drop off human was extremely nice and helpful! However, when I went to pick up my prescription I must have caught that human on a bad day. Not a human that wanted to be at work , I'm guessing....I would never shop there as the prices are astronomical! But the pharmacy is awesome!

Attitude rudeness from Pharmacy! Issues on Belfort Blvd., Walgreens pharmacy never had the medication ready for my elderly father that is on heart medication that keeps his heart beating regularly and on hospice even though I called in a week before. I was told to switch over meds on the website to the Walgreens on fourth. when I called Walgreens on fourth, they told me it wasn’t switched over and I explained oh I was told to do it online and then I asked if I can switch all the meds through them, he replied, yes. But once I start giving him the list of medication I was given an attitude plus rudely response that they can’t switch all his medication over only the ones that need to be refilled and A medication cannot be completely transferred to their Walgreens, by pharmacist himself.

The pharmacist and technician were prompt and very friendly. Cashier was sweet and kindly social.

I go not only for prescriptions but also for groceries sometimes. The employees are all pleasant and helpful. The distance for me is 2.6 miles for me to walk, so I use this site for some of my shopping as the need may be in a given month. All in all I am always satisfied when I am always greeted in a friendly and respectful way.
