middle-aged woman at the pharmacy named michelle with blonde hair is very rude. came for a flu test and waited 30 minutes longer than my scheduled appointment for it. when we asked how much longer it'd be, as it was a SCHEDULED appointment and as we scheduled the earliest appointment we could and we had work shortly, and we had already been waiting 30 minutes, she said whenever someones done, and "its not my fault you came in". very rude. while waiting there was also a very older woman that came in to try to get a flu shot, and she was very very rude to her as well, yelling at her while she was trying to ask a question.

Made an appointment for a flu shot and did the pre-screening online before. Still had to complete the same pre-screening in person and waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment to finally get my shot.

The employee at the pharmacy, Javier, looked up my sister's phone number, texted her from his personal phone with a threatening message and lied about calling the police on her. We transferred our prescriptions from this walgreens and will take our business elsewhere. Very creepy.

I like this walgreens. Staff is very helpful.

The dive thru and the app are the way to go.
