Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve lived in this town for over 10 years with my mom and elderly grandmother, and we’ve always supported local businesses, but this Walgreens pharmacy has given us some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. The ONLY bright spot in this pharmacy is Michelle. She is kind, helpful, and respectful every single time. Aside from Michelle, the rest of the pharmacy staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. Month after month, I have to take time out of my work day, physically drive there, and wait in a long line just to ask when my medication, which should already be ready, can be filled. Even after doing all of that, I am still met with attitude and resistance, as if advocating for my own

This has been my go-to pharmacy for quite some time, and today I'm not sure I will return. I had been in line nearly 15 minutes, along with the other 10 plus patients behind me, as the pharmacy was completely overloaded. I got up to the counter with Terri the pharmacy tech calling me up. She then proceeded to let a woman who had already been out the counter quite some time prior, cut me and proceed to check out, after going to pick up other items in the store. Including a medication that she could have checked out at the front registers for. This woman had looked at the line behind me and felt it was appropriate to cut me and go to the counter. I had mentioned that I had been waiting patiently and she should have probably have mentioned that patients who had already checked out were allowe

One day as I was waiting in a very long line with only one register opened, an older lady who I don’t really see in often with bangs and a bob of some kind, clapped at me because I was reading a text message in which I was being asked to also grab medication for my daughter who was strep positive they had just found out. They opened another register and I was walking forward when she said “I’ll help the next person” I guess it wasn’t fast enough for the Bob lady. It was vile and rude and not only that she then proceeded to talk about me to the customer she was helping as if I wasn’t standing right there. She has no idea what people are going through. I was already stressed and worried. If I wasn’t in a rush to get to the back for the pharmacy I would have gotten the manager on the spot. Di

I Love Walgreens been going there since before Rite aid and when it was Brooks...But anyway, The Pharmacy work their Butts off trying to fill prescriptions answer phones Terri and Paul are awesome at their job I've known them forever but the other staff too are very nice and helpful..So be kind to "The Pharmacy Group" They do their best to keep you " Healthy"

I dont even live in Portland, and I come out here to enjoy the PHENOMENAL customer service and care that is displayed by both store associates and the pharmacy is run like a well-oiled machine, with equally Phenomenal people behind the counter there as well. The store is ALWAYS clean, and fully stocked; cant say enough about how wonderful this location is!! Whoever trained this store's employees should take a trip to the middletown location, where the customer service is non existent and the pharmacy is a crap-show. Portland Walgreens is AMAZING!!!! FULL STOP!!!
