Walgreens Pharmacy

There has been an improvement at this location! They have hired people that are willing to help, with a smile, and know what they are doing.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. I had a double ear infection and waited TWO days for them to fill my antibiotics. The script was called in at 9am…I called multiple times during the day for an update…no answer…came in at 6:30pm “it’s not ready, but I can fill it now if you want to wait 30 mins.” I told them I’d come back in the morning…STILL NOT FILLED.

Not very helpful with perception or insurance issues. Not very good at transferring perceptions from one Walgreens to another. Some staff seem to better trained than others and follow up is inconsistent.

Just not sure why one needs to make 4 phone calls and wait over 45 minutes to talk to someone at pharmacy. Always so backed up… this isn’t working out.

They are often out of the medications I need so you need to stay ahead when refilling but the staff is always friendly and most are knowledgeable.
