Walgreens Pharmacy

The pharmacy was helpful and efficient. While traveling, I needed to refill a prescription that I'd submitted online to a different location. After a brief conversation with the pharmacy, they were able to transfer my prescription and have it ready for pickup. All in less than an hour! I appreciate the great service that I experienced there.

The Walgreens in Pontiac illinois is awful. They never have enough staff. They don't run someone's meds right. My son is out of his med! They said he is 7 days early, not possible. He needs his med. Now he will get very sick without his meds. Lousy employee's. They need to close up this Walgreens. Get better staff. Definitely need more that 1 pharmacist. I had problems with Walgreens, that's why I went somewhere else. Signed A Very Angry Mother.

If i could give this Walgreens location zero or even negative stars I would. Filling prescriptions here is not just inconvenient, it feels as if they are actively trying to make it impossible. I have had them attempt to cancel the same order multiple times in one day for reasons that are opaque to me, without ever informing me there was a problem. Attempts to call the pharmacy result in excessive time on hold, at least once more than 2 hours before I gave up. Have missed days of meds at a time dealing with this nonsense, resulting in further health problems. I will never be a Walgreens customer again if I have any possible alternative.

They are always helpful and kind to me

There are some employees in the RX area who shouldn't be so rude to customers. They make you feel like apologizing for asking a valid question 😳
