Walgreens Pharmacy

Newburgh Walgreens sent me to another pharmacy when they ran out of my dogs medicine. I called and they said will be ready in 90 mins. When I got there pharmacist told me it’s against the law to transfer a script from another walgreens without the original prescription. I looked into it and that’s not the law and why did they fill it and say to pick it up in 90 mins ?

This Walgreens is a convenient location with all the essentials you’d expect. The store is generally well-stocked, making it easy to find what you need, whether it’s household items, snacks, or personal care products. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, which makes shopping here a decent experience. The main downside is the pharmacy wait time—it can be a bit long at times, especially during peak hours. While the pharmacists do their best, it can be frustrating if you’re in a hurry or not feeling well. That being said, it’s still a reliable place for picking up prescriptions and everyday necessities. Nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done.

Always have problems at this Walgreens Pharmacy. Always! My veterinarian calls in a prescription for my elderly dog, i go to pick it up & they never, ever have any record of the prescription being called in. Never. Time to find a new pharmacy

I loved this Pharmacy when it was Rite Aid, but now that it's Walgreens, you're on hold forever and your prescription is never ready. To make it worse, the gentleman told me all three were ready then two of them were still an hour to prepare. Not happy.

Reasonably priced and good service.
