Walgreens Pharmacy

It might take 20min, an hour, 2hrs because there’s always 250 prescriptions to be filled before yours even though your prescription was called in 8hrs ago, 2days ago or 5days ago. It’s usually the same, they are simply rude. I will say a few times there have been representatives that have been professional. 3 stars because if you’re persistent enough you eventually get your medications with a dose of big attitude.

This pharmacy was alright when I lived in the area but ever since I moved they keep refilling my prescriptions here despite my doctor sending them to my new local Walgreens in Greeley and me asking this Foxfield location repeatedly (once even in person - an hour+ trip each way) to turn off whatever autofill thing they have going on. At this point I'm probably going to completely switch pharmacies.

Lie about being open. They had a sign on their drive through saying no pharmacist on duty. I’ve seen this sign up multiple times over the last few months. This was my third trip to the pharmacy today to pick up medication. I was so frustrated and called to verify hours. It turned out- they actually were open the whole time. They didn’t want to run the drive through. I saw so many other cars drive through, look at the sign and leave because they all thought the pharmacy was closed (like the sign indicates). When I went inside there were multiple pharmacists working. Put out a sign that says the drive through is closed- do not lie about being open.

Probably going to switch back to King Soopers. One of the pharmacists is very abrupt/rude. They also seem to have a continuing issue w my insurance. I will add that the rest of the staff is pleasant. Have a feeling they are probably understaffed. Hire more employees.

I had a very positive experience here. I really appreciate the staff for being so friendly and working diligently to fill my subscriptions. Michele helped answer some questions that I have which i really appreciated.
