Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy needs an overhaul in people skills and follow thru I'm not sure if the pharmacy including pharmacist even care. When they are there Just awful. They seriously need customer service training. My least favorite pharmacy in palos heights

The pharmacy technician was so rude and asking a simple question no clue I have been there for over 20 years time to switch The manager had no clue overworked or just don’t care

I tried calling about a Covid booster shot availability for myself and could NOT talk to a representative at the pharmacy. All I got was was an option for a Covid vaccination and not a booster shot. So I guess I will go to Jewel's.

There has been an ongoing shortage of my medication which requires me to call around to see who may have it. The person I talked to was very helpful and nice, which was very much appreciated.

It’s a standard Walgreen with better than the average Walgreen stuff. They’re a bit understaff and the pharmacist are sometimes a bit slow but overall a good place.
