Walgreens Pharmacy

Came into to get a prescription. I was told there was no prescription. After showing them my email confirmation. They told me to come back at 1 which was 4 hours later. I don't know why it would take 4 hours to fill 28 pills into a container. I came back at 1 and they told me it wasn't ready and to come back at 2. This didn't make much sense because it was now 15 minutes from their mandate lunch break. The lunch break ends at 2. Were they going to fill my prescription during their lunch? Ridiculous. At this point they were averaging, assuming I get my script at 2, they would be averaging 5.6 pills per hour for my prescription. This isn't the first time I've dealt with at this pharmacy. This instance has taken their garbage customer service to another level. Let's see if I get

Horrible service. They don't fill prescriptions without you having to call and push them to fill it ASAP. It's hit or miss if they text you when it's ready, and when they don't and you call to verify why it hasn't been filled they very rudely tell you it's already ready (as if we were supposed to know without getting the text). Every person I've spoken to was rude. Every experience has been awful. Only switched here once Rite Aid closed but switching out of them for sure.

The Pharmacy in this particular Walgreens is a nightmare. Tried a few times and always had terrible experience. Long lines, inexperienced pharmacists, vaccination refrigeration broken... and today's problem was the computer system down. Never again for me.

Terrible service at the pharmacy - days of delay filling scripts, impossible to reach by phone, interminable lines. In fairness, my Walgreens pharmacy at home is equally bad. I think the staff is terribly overworked. Still, it translates into a very poor experience.

This pharmacy is the worst. I moved all of my prescriptions here almost 5 years ago and have them set up to be filled every 90 days, so in theory I should only have to visit the pharmacy four times a year for my regular medications. In that five years I have not once shown up to all of the prescriptions filled and ready to go. It typically requires multiple trips over multiple days to get everything, with it being a guessing game whether the pharmacy is even open. Do better, Walgreens.
