Walgreens Pharmacy

Every time they say my prescription will be ready, when I get there, they say I will have to come back the next day. I was told my prescription would be ready yesterday, and was told 2 days later, that it wouldn't be ready bc of a truck thing. I asked if there was another pharmacy that would have it since it was bp meds and I'm out, she said it's here, you just won't be able to get it till this afternoon. Then why i said they told me it would be ready yesterday, she acted like it was my fault and said well you need to call 7 days in advance. Umm... OK but why say it's going to be ready, if it isn't... every time I've had problems picking up from here. This was the first time she came across as rude, they are at least usually really nice about it.

WORST PHARMACY IN PALM COAST. We got a partial 5 day prescription because they never have the medication for our dog. Was told our "full prescription" would be ready this morning by 6:00 Sunday morning. We get there to pick up the medicine at 4:30pm and surprise surprise they don't have the prescription ready, they put it back on the shelf! So now we have to come back later because it's not ready AGAIN 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. We will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I have been a customer at this store for 2 years and I have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are friendly. They always have what I need. Staff are helpful.

Most of the time, they fill my automatic refills in a timely manner. Thank you.

Frequently delays filling prescriptions especially if it is pain medications. Says insurance denies coverage when this is not true.
