Let me start by saying I adore all the employees of the pharmacy, and I don't blame them for any of this, it's the system that's awful. I waited in line for over an hour for my medications, when it was finally my turn I gave them my name and they had me wait in front because they had a register down, which is fine these things happen. But after waiting for over 10 minutes they brought me someone else's meds. 😅😬 They then couldn't find me in their system (I've been using the Old Town pharmacy monthly for a year now and Walgreens for a decade so I'm not new) and after 15 more minutes of waiting was told they weren't ready, even though I had filled the prescriptions online the day before, and that it would be over an hour before they would be ready. Small town pharmacy with a real welcome feel. Friendly staff, personable. Prices are fair and the deals on clearance items are surprisingly great.
