Walgreens Pharmacy

They do not answer the phone. Prescriptions take anywhere from a couple days to almost a week to fill. You will wait in line forever. Orders get cancelled for no reason. Prescriptions cost more here than any other pharmacy I've priced for the same medicine. The best thing here is a few of the staff. I feel like this is a corporate issue and not the local store, but they are victims of it along with the rest of us. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Time and time again our prescriptions are delayed for one reason or another. They might as well disconnect their phones to save money because they never answer. We’ve had time sensitive medications delayed too many times. We will take our business down the road where there is prompt and professional service, which this pharmacy seems to lack.

Wish I could give zero. Prescription was called in from the doctors office for my daughter’s ear infection at 8:30-9am. Went to pick it up around 3pm to find out they are “out of stock”… could have given me a call with that information. Was told they’d call it into another pharmacy locally right away. I called around 5pm because I had not heard anything, was on hold for 47 minutes & then finally when I was 1 caller away they answered the phone only to be put on hold again without saying anything for another 10 minutes. I tried calling again 2 more times & was hung up on without speaking to anyone both times. I finally hung up myself the last try & called Kroger & they called Walgreens themselves to have them transfer over the information so that my daughter could start her medication tonig

Called in perscription, computer said it would be ready Wednesday. Came in the next week on a Monday to be told I had no refills. I told them when I called it in. And I had one refill left to be told I didn't have any refills left. Had to go home grab the perscription come back to the store to be told the phone system must have not worked. I understand system issue but I don't understand rude employees. They could have simply looked it up and took care of it instead of arguing with me and not offering to help.

They never answer the phone! The app said to call because of an issue with filling your med then you call just get put on hold. When we finally got someone on the phone there wasn't even a problem with anything to begin with. Their app could really use some work.
