Walgreens Pharmacy

Love all the pharmacy crew. Always so nice and caring! Keep up all the good work even when you guys are always so busy you show care and empathy.

Expect a 20 to 30 minute wait the drive-thru is usually slam packed and the people working the window are not very attentive you have to hit the doorbell in order for the person working to look out and see the drive-thru wrapped around the building everytime you come by it's a long long wait the staff don't seem too knowledgeable either.

Always automatically calling to say prescriptions are ready then you go to get them and there not ready at all and you can wait an hour to maybe get them, because if you happen to have two prescription of same drug but different doses they won't fill anything until you call the doctors office to remove this so very confusing multiple dosage dillema. We all know how easy and convenient getting ahold of doctors office is after 5pm and "Walgreens, the pharmacy for pharmacists!"

Twice now have been unable to obtain Mounjaro and Dextron prescripcion refills in a timely fashon. Had to drive many miles to other Walgreens that have these products on hand. Other scripts come in a week or two before needed! Yikes!! Switching to Walmart.

I just wanted to say and make it known the technician Melinda was either coming back from break or just showing up to her shift and the FIRST thing she did was acknowledge me which is way more then Jade and Robin did. I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins rang the bell and Jade and Robin couldn’t even be bothered to look in my direction horrible customer service at least a 1 minute sign would have been nice I get your short staffed and over worked but please don’t take that out on your customers so thank you Melinda for helping me and being kind you truly showed customer appreciation you were polite to my toddler in the back seat who was over waiting. Walgreens please know it’s the Melinda’s who make our experience better and the reasons we come back. One person made this negative review posi
