Walgreens Pharmacy

My experience was the exact same as Scott Matchett’s review from approximately 4 months ago. There is zero customer service within this pharmacy team. I witnessed them belittle an elderly woman who wasn’t understanding the process and then was treated with the same disrespect moments later. I would encourage you to utilize a different Walgreens store. They either hate their jobs or are simply miserable with their own lives. Will never use that pharmacy location again

Whoever I talked to on February 15,2025 at 10 am in the pharmacy is the rudest person that I have dealt with. I have called twice about getting my prescription filled and they said sorry you have no refills and it’s up to you to manage your medication! Like .. I can’t write my own prescriptions … this pharmacy is absolutely the worse pharmacy ever!! I’m changing my husband and mine to another pharmacy! This Toledo Blade pharmacy is the worst and hire the rudest person to work there . No More!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service! I have been a loyal customer for over 16 years. I have lived across the street for the same amount of time and have since gotten married and fill all of my family’s scripts at this location! However today I was rudely told they aren’t taking new patients.. when I was confused and asked what the pharmacist was saying because I filled my last months scripts at this same location he told me ok bye! And hung up! This is totally unacceptable for a loyal customer who has been going to this Walgreens for years!!!! And spent alot of money in the store and at this pharmacy over the years..

This Walgreens is the best. I always get great customer service. Today I picked up one of my meds and did not realize my insurance wouldn't cover it. The pharmacy tech (whose name I didn't get) looked on the Walgreens RX savings finder app and cost went from $86 to $13. Then she gave me the information so I can download the app on my phone. 😁

Really weird staff. Visiting this area so I needed my refills pulled at this location. They proceeded to ask who I'm visiting, what did I see my doctor for.. and in the end said they couldn't do it cause they have a "transfer limit" bunch of bs
