Walgreens Pharmacy

Dear Pharmacy Staff, In a world that seems to be more and more desensitized, dismissive, and detached from the personal needs of others, a world where accommodations once made for individuals are a distant memory. My recent experience with your pharmacy staff was ingratiating, thoughtful, insightful, and professional beyond words; I just felt it was necessary to express my tremendous gratitude. I stopped by to pick up my prescriptions only to discover that my prescription insurance carrier had left the state in December, and I was never notified. Your staff was incredibly gracious as I fumbled through trying to understand what had taken place while I faced a $500 charge for the blood pressure medication I needed, which should have been a $2 copay. The assistant at the pharmacy was absolutely terrible. As a handicap person, I sat at the window for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window just to acknowledge that I was there. I rang the bell four times over the 10 minutes When she finally arrived,I asked if I was handicapped could I drive back around in 15 minutes or a half hour to pick it up the prescription. she told me if you’re waiting for it you have to come inside. I told her I could not come inside. she became very nasty and irritated making some remarks. I asked for my prescription back and went to another pharmacy where they helped me immediately and delivered it to my car because it was raining.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Walgreens. Staff was rude and couldn't be bothered to help. Ordered photos through their app and the employee stated that the estimated time was never right and I would have to wait even though they were supposed to be ready an hour before and there were only 10 photos. Then I stated that I had a coupon and the employee stated that if it wasn't one they had in-store it couldn't be used without even attempting to do so. I will never come to this location again and I hope no other walgreens have such more customer service.

Ever since it has switched to walgreens I never have a good experience. My prescriptions are never done when they are supposed to be. Went inside two days ago to get a prescription well after the time to be ready and was told 15-20 mins. Couldn't wait and here I am 2 days later and was just told it was almost done
