Walgreens Pharmacy

Yesterday was very disappointing lack of parking space. The lack of kindness and respect to a customer was shocking to say I rarely go to this store. The fact that they didn't help and they were making of fun of someone to help me to get out was extremely immature. People do better.

I'm done with this pharmacy. I've been trying to still use them out of convenience but over the past two years it's always a mess. I went with my toddler who is miserable bc he has an ear infection and missed his nap due to the doctors appointment. Went to get his medicine and we waited a hour and 15 mins and I asked 3 times how much longer .. they said they are working on it. Well after a hour of trying to keep my kid busy he started crying and throwing himself on the ground and I said listen I have to come back. And the kid goes and checks and says yeah that might be a good idea his prescription got " lost" in the pile and they are going to do it now. I'm livid . On the way home they call and say they are ready 5 mins later!! So now I have to go back and pick them up. This is inexcusable

I don’t know the name of the pharmacist who spoke to me on the phone, but she had a terrible attitude, she’s extremely short with me. That’s not how you deal with customers especially ones who are sick. When a friend of mine went to pick up the prescription she said the exact same thing. That’s not customer service and is totally unacceptable. I don’t care how busy you are you need to know how to communicate with people. Otherwise don’t work with them and stay behind closed doors. I’m highly considering leaving this pharmacy

Due to pharmacist shortage, Walgreens hours are open at 10am, closes for lunch at 2pm- 2:30 pm & then closes at 60m, they are also closed weekends. They also are closed on Random weekdays & you never know what days

Everyone there is very professional and treats you with a smile. I love going to walgreens on washington. Walgreens and pharmacy staff are great indivisuals.
