Walgreens Pharmacy

It's truly a shame about this pharmacy. Someone should remind them that they don't just sell medicine; behind every prescription is a sick person who needs that medication. I don't usually complain or generalize, but it's remarkable that they never have the order in stock when you go. They tell you to come back tomorrow, and when you return after having to rearrange your work schedule, they tell you it's not available either and to come back the next day. It's that easy to spend several days chasing a single medication. I don't think this is an isolated case because I hear other customers complaining about the same thing. The question is, who is doing such a poor job? Where is the pharmacy's leadership that should be ensuring quality service? Anyway, I hope this complaint doesn't fall on d

After having a horrible experience with another Walgreens over a passport photo, we came to this one. Anthony helped us and he was so pleasant compared to the other store on mellow/41. He seemingly was running the entire store, bouncing back and forth but his attitude never shifted from anything but positive. Much appreciated after the initial visit with the other store. I have had 5 prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. There have been issues with every single one. Common items not in stock, Wont answer the phone during pharmacy hours. I had a whole conversation with the pharmacist and came back later referencing the conversation and he insisted it wasn't him who told me what he told me. Wrote down his name and everything. This pharmacy needs some serious management help.

Made an appointment for 9:40 for my flu shot a day ahead of time. Filled out all the forms, showed up at 9:40 the day of appointment checked myself in on line like they asked filled out all the questions and read all the agreements, and signed said papers. Sat down watched 2 other people who were walking ins sit down be called up filled out their papers and they took them in..trying to remain patient after 30 mins went to the window girl brushed me off said she's working on yours now..after another 15 mins she called me to the counter and gave me the forms I had already filled out and signed and she said I had to do them again. They are argumentive and liars. They filled my 90 day supply of meds with 30 pills and tell me 1 refill means 30 pills. Wrong !! At the same time they filled another 90 day pills and give me 90. Then they filled an inhaler I told them I did not want but they filled it anyway. It shows my insurance paid ove 200 for it in claims but they say they did not bill insurance for it. I'm changing my pharmacy as quickly as my refill come up before they poison me with the wrong g prescription...I don't trust this pharmacy at all !!
