Walgreens Pharmacy

One of the worst pharmacy. I went there to pick up my son prescription and lady told me to wait for 20 min and I say I will come back and I forgot to pick up next day and I received call stating that you pick up the partial prescription which I never pick up and the remaining we have to order. When I say I never pick up she give phone to some other person and I explain her than she say I don’t know anything you are wasting my time. Do not recommend to use this pharmacy.

This Walgreens at 2703 US-130, North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902, is severely mismanaged. The difference in management became evident when we compared this Walgreens to the Walmart Pharmacy in North Brunswick, NJ, which is well-managed and highly organized. We had a 5 PM appointment at this Walgreens for a flu shot. Upon arrival, we were informed there would be a 30-minute wait. Despite waiting, no one called us even after an hour. When we inquired, we were told to wait an additional 30 minutes. This reflects a clear lack of communication. There was only one staff member handling both the appointment and drop-off counters, leading to significant delays and long wait times.

Not sure why you can't give zero stars. No one EVER answers the phone here. It's nuts and then when you get there, it's a bunch of dummies. Scary that these people are dispersing medicine to people, yikes!

Horrible experience twice- once during a pickup and the other occasion was today on the phone. The dispensing folks run around like headless chickens( sorry about the metaphor, don’t take it personally please? ) when i came for a pickup. Today, i have been put on hold for 55 mins!! Transferred 3 times, still could not reach the pharmacist until she came on finally! She was helpful, but clearly the process is badly broken.

I scheduled the flu and COVID booster shots one week apart. Walgreens gives you the option to print out the vaccination consent form to complete at home or fill it out in the store. By all means fill out in advance of your appointment, I did so and got in and out within 15 minutes. The staff were very efficient and friendly, plenty of space to sit.
