Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy is understaffed and not equipped to handle customer service adequately. Not to mention, three or four times they have gotten the wrong brand of medication which affects my health severely even though I have put a note in to only use one specified brand. I then have to wait days or longer to have them reorder the correct brand. When I called today to discuss this, I was put on hold for twenty minutes then was disconnected. I called again and was on hold for about ten minutes, then I finally got to talk to a person who immediately put me on hold. When we did finally talk, she rushed my problem, said there was no guarantee the right medication would come in and then before adequate explanation of what could be done to remedy this, she said had to go because they were busy in the stor

Everytime a prescription is submitted here, I have to call 2 to 3 days after and ask them to complete it. They do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Even if it is something simple, do not expect it to be filled same day. If it is something urgent, go with someplace else. Its unfortunate since this pharmacy is one of the more well stocked pharmacies in the city. Its well worth the hassle to call around to other places and ask if they carry your medication or if they can order it. Luckily this is the last time I will need to use this store.

Pharmacy is incompetent and refuses fill orders in a timely manner even though there can be major health consequences of not having the specific meds that are prescribed. They seem to not care, take weeks to fill them and then you arrive to pick up said order and have to wait in line a minimum of an hour to get your meds. Oh, and the phone calls I've made to this location.... absurd. I've been hung up on more than once after waiting in hold for over an hour. I'm happily paying twice as much at a local pharmacy now.

I do not know how to review this Walgreens. Wow simply wow. I have a prescription I have been taking for 2 years. The last 3 months this Walgreens is always out of stock when it due to be picked up. I should have switched sooner. Today is the last time I’m coming here. 2 days ago I come in and they said oh it’s delayed, I come in 2 days later and they said the dr canceled it. Still showing 12 refills. Call the dr. Nope Dr has not canceled nothing. So go back into pharmacy oooo we are waiting on insuarance. Huh. Thought it was canceled. Nope you can pick it up in 40 minutes. Oooh ok. Leave come back. Nope dr cancelled. What the heck. Dr did not cancel it. Pharmacy yes they I said it shows 12 refills. Hold on let me fix that. I have never seen a Walgreens location so understaffed. Every time I have come here the lines have been super long and barely seem to move. Very difficult when you have small children or don't feel well. I don't blame the employees- defintely incompetence on the company's part.
