Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff is mostly friendly but after the past year of terrible inefficiencies and spending 5 hours a couple of weeks ago dealing with refills, I am done! Every single time I have the same meds refilled, I have to go in or call for status. And calling lately takes over 2 hours. They always claim they have to order product. There is absolutely no system to their gig there. You could be waiting in line for over an hour whilst you watch 5 employees together in a huddle trying to figure something out. How about opening up another till or the drive-up window? Safeway is hands-down 10x more efficient just from what I've experienced with my transfers, including out-of-stock product that arrived quickly.

I repeatedly have issues getting my prescriptions filled on time at this Walgreens. A male employee who often answers the phone is consistently rude, sounds extremely annoyed, and clearly does not want to be there. Please do everyone a favor and leave then. Every interaction with him is uncomfortable and dismissive. I informed him 2x that my insurance would not cover the medication and that I would pay out of pocket, yet my prescription was still delayed going on 3 weeks. This feels like an ongoing issue, not a one-time experience. I spoke to another lady same thing delayed because of “insurance,” that means they likely kept trying to run it through my insurance instead of switching it to a cash fill to not worry about more work. This place is really hit or miss. The store is always clean and people are always nice, so if you just need some stuff, it's a good place to stop. However it is supposed to be a pharmacy and I consistently struggle to get my regular generic prescriptions. Every month there is an issue, and I understand things happen, but not every single month for an entire year. Most of the time I am not even notified of an issue until I get there for pickup. I feel like the automated system and app are in no way connected to the reality of what's going on. 8/29/25 update, another month and once again my meds aren’t ready after waiting for over a full week and still won’t be ready. Standing in line for 45 minutes. 11 people in front me and not a single one got handed a script. I get to the counter only to be told my surgery prep meds that were called in a week ago aren't ready. Won't be ready until after the surgery they are for. This is totally unacceptable. Either close the location or staff it properly. Someone is going to get hurt by this incompitence.

Well I don't described my experience with this Pharmacy better yesterday when I was so mad Zi could have spit fire! I've been waiting for a week to get my daughter's meds that they were supposed to send an Authorization to the Doctor for approval but little did I know that every time I came back to see if it was ready that they hadn't even faxed it over yet!! My daughter just had a baby & is suffering from the baby blues, she is young & stressed & her mental health is unstable & these meds are going to help her feel better! The worst part is I've had a close friend with the baby blues pass away because she couldn't fight back & it all overwhelmed her. I am not going to let that happen to my daughter so I'm doing everything I can but this Walgreens Pharmacy is Uncaring! I was in line at the
