I paid for one day Delivery and my prescription, they said it was ready for pickup, I chose delivery, it's 2 days now and no Delivery, I called the Pharmacy, she said the Courier has picked it up and it's out for delivery, DoorDash, kept giving me different delivery times, my delivery has been out for delivery for 2 days now, if I don't receive it today, I will call Walgreens Corporate to put the money back in my account. The Pharmacy girl was so nasty on the phone. After this I will never go to Walgreens ever again. I also want the prescription returned to me, so that I can go elsewhere. This is horrible, if I wasn't sick, I would have picked it up. The Pharmacy sucks.
the customer service is terrible in Ferry St. the women who “helped” me did so with a terrible attitude, today I was buying hair wax and the price said $ 5.40 when I went to pay the real price was $ 14.50 which I told them that the price it said on the display case was what I saw and a girl approached me and without even looking at me she simply said show me what it is like when we went she said: “it was a mistake by the person who labeled the prices” something that as a customer I do not care, in the end I did not buy anything from them because their attitude was always defensive and arrogant. It's a shame that companies like these do not check customer service, the only person who was nice to me was the cashier, a very nice guy who was always willing to help me.
Rude pharmacy and profiled me on the phone instead ahead of just asking my question of if they had my medication in stock. Very weird behavior.
My fiancé has a chronic medical condition — one she’s had her entire life — and has been receiving the same prescription without issue since we moved to this area. Her NP and doctor signed off on her medication, and it was approved and ready to be filled as usual. But today, Walgreens pharmacy dismissed her completely, telling her that her medication “was illegal to prescribe due to the quantity,” unless she had a diagnosis on file — which she absolutely does. Ohh I forgot to mention, this was also after earlier attempted to pick up the medication, when she was told her documents on file expired but hey “ she could purchase her medication for $110.” Here’s where things went from frustrating to outrageous: after hearing that her documents expired she reached out to the NP and Insurance to
Terrible customer service, everything is locked and we call for assistance nobody shows up, wasting my time coming here.
