Walgreens Pharmacy

With a child screaming in pain for medication that was put in 24hrs before it was ready. I called this location several times for partial service. When I arrived at the location I was not immediately acknowledged by the staff who saw me at the counter. Once the staff member finally came to assist me, I had to ask about an email of partial medicine (which I feel she should have told me about) then again ask about a 3rd medication which she said "aw" like she wasn't aware I suppose to be given 3. Lastly, as I walked away she says "well thank you" like I was the rude one. HIGHLY frustrated with this location and the staff. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. My child was in pain for 24hrs for a medication that they were able to fill within 15-20mins.

Incompetent pharmacy. If you order any prescriptions through methods other than in person, don't expect your order to be filled at all. Someone with seizures should not have to wait 3 extra days to get their medication. They mark your order as 'delayed' as they "attempt to reach out to your insurance". If you reach out to your insurance, they'll tell you that the pharmacy never even tried. That's what the pharmacy says to not have to fill your prescription until last minute. If this happened to you, I urge you to report them through the official walgreens website to have something done about this. Meanwhile, if you truly need your medicine filled on time, go to any other pharmacy other than this location.

I used to love this pharmacy! Zero complaints. But now they are overworked & understaffed and it’s resulting in customers have difficulty obtaining rx. I have been calling to refill my prescription that I can’t do on the app or the automated system and they hang up when it’s my turn. They are overworked & my complaint is with Walgreens as a corporation and not the staff at my pharmacy that continue to work hard.

I'm not sure where to begin. Getting a prescription filled requires an in person wait of an hour min, 2 visits, calling ahead and waiting on hold for a Minimum of 45 mins (not joking) or waiting 4-5 days for them to get to it. How many prescriptions can you wait 4-5 days to get? Short staffed or not, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I absolutely love how hard the staff work despite having corporate leave them so short staffed. Everytime they keep smiles on their faces, despite the hardships they endure from unruly customers who don't understand. I hope corporate realizes what they could lose with these employees if they don't treat them better. They deserve a much needed raise and paid vacation
