We had an awful FedEx pickup experience with Kati and Brianne on February 11, rude staff, a long wait time, and unwelcoming experience .

Staff makes me question if we truly are smarter than snails

This place is absolutely trash. The pharmacy at 88 York St has gone from bad to downright dangerous. I had surgery this morning, and my doctor sent in my meds at 7:30 AM so I could pick them up at 4 PM when I got out. Guess what? I got there and NOTHING was ready. The woman working around 4 PM on 7/7/25, short hair black women , completely incompetent. She yell instead of whispers important medication info and that was with zero privacy, totally unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s a violation of privacy and HIPPA PRIVAC…and just plain lazy. I left and called — and sat on hold for over an hour. That’s not just poor service — that’s ridiculous and neglectful. I even took a screenshot because I couldn’t believe the wait. It’s now 5:12 PM, and I STILL don’t have my meds. That’s 10 hours si

Please save yourself the headache and time wasted and send your prescriptions elsewhere. It’s incredible difficult to get in touch with anyone via phone. They are unhelpful in person as well. The Walgreens app doesn’t seem helpful at this location either. Update: the pharmacy staff are condescending! So that’s fun.

My script was sent in more than 24 hours ago, and it still isn't ready. I've been sitting on hold for over 30 minutes and no one will ever answer the phone. This was medication I needed to start immediately. This has been my experience at every Walgreens for the last several years. I guess this is my sign to just go back to Costco.
