Walgreens Pharmacy

Waited on hold for an hour, in between them hanging up on me. Cigna forces me to use this pharmacy or else I wouldn't. If you have a choice, there are better options anywhere else.

Didn't inform me they had no pharmacy tech in store at 5pm. Before I drove 45 minutes to pick up a medicine they had didn't fill so total waste of gas.

This particular Walgreens is NOT the place to get your vaccinations. I waited an hour for mine. I guess they don't understand what appointments are. They just kept saying how busy they were. Then maybe plan ahead, or don't schedule appointments you can't keep. All I heard was excuses. Don't use this store.

If you are looking for a pharmacy, choose walmart, food lion or HT! I've learned a load of patience over the course of life and having a toddler but nothing will compare to the patience these people expect you to have. My CREAM which doesn't require mixing of any sorts, took 7 hours to label and provide. They didn't call me, text me NOTHING. So I show up today, a whole day later, and sit in a car line for 30 minutes without movement other than from the cars that pulled out and left. Attempted to go inside and there is a line of 10 people clearly frustrated as well. Coming back in the car line I am now here another 46 minutes. 5 people behind the counter, 3 talking and laughing nobody helping those at the counter or in line. I'm baffled by the customer service but it's clear people lack tha

Very long wait inside usually. Store is very nice as well as the staff. They have a specialty pharmacy for send hard prescriptions. This pharmacy is busy.The dumbest thing they did was close the Walgreens on M.L.K.JR.BLVD,in New Bern. Good phone text communications . My advice to you is b to go through the Drive Thru.
