This pharmacy can be quite disorganized and somewhat chaotic. The drive-thru line is often long, but once you reach the window, you'll find the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Just remember to have your Good RX membership app ready to go, so you don’t have to wait even longer.

The most disorganized and chaotic pharmacy I have ever seen. Service is slow as hell and they the pharmacists act like it is such a burden to answer common sense questions like “will this negatively interact with my other prescriptions”. Or they just say read the directions when asking for clarification.

I got the notice to pick up my prescription and I’m limping due to an injury so I went through the drive-through. After waiting about 20 minutes behind two other cars it was finally my turn, and they told me I would have to come back in five minutes because my prescription wasn’t ready. There were three cars behind me at this point but I wasn’t allowed to wait there. I asked if they could bring it out to me in the pick up area, but I was told no. So I ended up having to walk inside anyway where there were at least six people behind the counter. I then had to start from scratch, giving all my information. A complete waste of time and terrible customer service.

Pharmacist Sue lies about conversations had and seems to be operating under some shady dealings. I had throat surgery and was prescribed 80 pills of my medication for 7 days (12 pills per day). Sue said they can only do 56 pills since that is the max amount for 7 days - which is wrong and she had prior doctor authorization). She said they would not be able to contact my insurance until the next day which would mean I would go a whole night without medication because they were busy. Then she repeatedly tried hanging up on me when she could not be bothered to listen to my voice after my surgery (I am not supposed to talk and speaking is extremely difficult to do and painful).
