Walgreens Pharmacy

If I could leave 0 stars then I would. I live in Arlington and while my dad was visiting me, I tried to get a hold of someone to ask about his dosage. I tried three different times and waited a total of 54 minutes. No one will answer the phone. Someone in corporate needs to follow up on this location. It is so ridiculous and pathetic.

The absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever had to deal with. Employees are rude, they are ALWAYS out of medication, and they NEVER answer the phone! My husband has had to go days without his daily medication because they never have it. When we do finally pick up we still have to wait for them to fill it. The app is also useless, they never accept the refill and say call the pharmacy but they never answer the phones

How can they stay closed???!! I have meds needed for my heart and blood pressure. Sitting there and can’t get. I have been out for 1 week now. Literally endangering peoples health. This is insane and keeps happening over and over since Walgreens took over. I guess if I have a heart attack we can sue them.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered and will never use them again. This Walgreens has horrible customer service and you can never get anyone to answer the phone but customers aren't the only ones who can not get them to answer. My doctors are never able to get them and evidently their system for meds to be sent automatically isn't working either. I've had to drive to doc offices to get written prescriptions then turn them in and wait days only to be told that they had to order the medication and it would be at least another 2-3 days or longer if the order didn't come in and for heavens sake it's diabetic meds that they should always have in stock. Also calling meds in for refills early doesn't help either they always have an excuse. They have also closed on days they were sup

I used this pharmacy for my whole life and have always lived in this town. They will never get my money again! Very rude, terrible customer service, they don't know how to work the system and you can't ever reach anyone by phone. Nobody in my family will use them again. That lady with glasses dark hair in a bun very rude attitude that is new needs to go!!!!
