Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy I've been to in my life. I understand accidents happen, medications are out of stock sometimes, etc... but to have issues EVERY SINGLE TIME is pathetic. The most recent, and last time I will use them, they told me they were filling a prescription but after checking in a couple days later, it had expired (because they take 2 weeks to fill each time). No update, no notification, and when I calmly asked if its normal to take 2 weeks to fill a prescription, she shrugs and condescendingly tells me I should try another pharmacy. Yep, will do... DON'T GO HERE

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Been trying to get medication here for A MONTH and every time, I am met with excuses as to why my prescription still hasn’t been filled. Pharmacy staff are extremely short-tempered and rude. I understand they are short staffed, but kindness goes a long way. Don’t get your prescription filled here unless you want to encounter impolite and uncaring pharmacy staff.

Would give 0 if possible. I truly don’t know what these employees are doing all day in the pharmacy because it’s not filling prescriptions, transferring prescriptions, or answering calls.

If I could give it zero stars I would. At some point maybe corporate will pay attention.

Actual pharmacist lied directly to my face. Wasn’t friendly or willing to help at all. I fell very intimidated and devalued as a customer. I will not be returning. The experience seemed somewhat racially driven. The company should definitely hire someone better. It’s a wonder why their pharmacy has 1 star!
