Walgreens Pharmacy

Edit: They were bought out 8/27/25 so the new owners are responsible for this crap show. I've used this pharmacy for years, almost a decade. This past year they have seriously gone down hill. Between no longer being able to check online to see what needs to be filled and when things are ready, you can barely get anyone on the phone. They have lost my prescriptions and they can't count. They insist you are being rude when you are asking simple questions and trying to figure out what's going on. Again, you can not look online and are now FORCED to call, you just can't rely on the answer they give you. I'm moving all of my medications. Update: it took the store manager over 10 minutes to offer a half-assed apology for the way his employees spoke to me. TEN MINUTES!!!!

After calling multiple times and being put on hold for hours, when I finally get someone on the phone and need to give her my daughters insurance info her response is " I dont have the patience to put that in today can you do it when you come in" I told her I needed to give it now to get price so I know if I need to ask doctor for a generic brand. She refused to take the insurance info. So I came up here in person, with hair dye on my roots looking a whole mess. We will see if she refuses to do her job in person.

Never answers the phone just keeps putting you back on hold. Have sat on hold multiple times for over 30mins

10 months later and it happened again. In line for 10 minutes and roll up after the car in front of me pulls away @1:30 and that god awful sign. Shouldn’t you assist customers who arrive before 1:30? Don’t be in line waiting when 1:30 comes around. They’ll just close up shop and too bad. I was behind one car. Here well before 1:30. That car pulls away and I pull up and see this board. At 1:30 and 30 seconds. Wow.

I have tried all the pharmacies in the area, and all things considered, this is my preferred one. They're usually pretty fast (under an hour to fill); good hours (open 7 days/wk and open 'til 10 p.m. on weeknights); the app and text messaging are user-friendly and convenient; and the employees are polite (for example I just checked out with Hannah in the drive-thru. She was sweet and told me to have a blessed day!). It's also convenient to transfer prescriptions to a different Walgreens if you're out of town or something.
