Walgreens Pharmacy

I am very unsure of Walgreens new “procedures”, but if the urgent care sends over scripts FILL them all. This outsourcing nonsense is ridiculous. People go to “URGENT” care FOR a reason and NOT to wait 3 days for the pharmacy to fill prescriptions. Multiple trips to the same place when people are sick does not make sense to me. If my Doctor sends U (the pharmacy) medication for me then fill the order. As I have had to sit and wait there for substantial amounts of time and watched and listened to MANY especially elderly patients come in and be so confused by Walgreens and their 20 texts they send, it’s disheartening truly. We need the meds that are sent to you, if you are not going to fill the prescriptions that hospitals, urgent cares and Dr offices send over, then perhaps stat

Went for our COVID booster and Flu vaccines. Even though we preregistered and completed forms online, they needed to redo them, but the pharmacist was quick and had is in and out in no time.

I was standing in line, waiting for my prescription, and I was behind a father, who was with the only technician at the time, waiting for his prescriptions to be completed. They were prescriptions that needed mixing. while I was standing in line behind this gentleman this lady in the picture stood there for about five minutes, talking to someone behind the shelf. I didn’t say anything because she might’ve been a manager and I thought she was talking to the employee which seem to be what happened because soon after I saw the employee, which was another technician, walk away behind the pharmacist. however, after that conversation seem to have stopped that lady proceeded to grab prescriptions and sort them into the bins. She ignored my existence. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t wanna b

I take a prescription of 1 pill daily and am religious about it. Placed a refill order and was told I'm 5 days early on the refill. How did I end up this short on my prescription. I know for a fact that I have not taken more than supposed to. There is no way of any recourse but to pour out the pills when you pick them up and count them before you leave. I guess that's what is going to have to happen. I apologize in advance to the customers waiting behind me, we are going to be here awhile since this is my only way of assurance that I'm receiving what I'm paying for.

Most of the people working in the pharmacy are extremely nice and very helpful. There drive thru is typically pretty quick. However, whenever I go inside, it seems to take a very long time. I have actually watched the drivers they as I waited in line and have seen six to seven cars come and go before I was helped. They have a clinic here as well that is very good, but make an appointment because it is always packed.
