Walgreens Pharmacy

Today 10/20/24 Spoke to a very professional pharmacist who helped me get my prescription filled. It was so nice to talk with someone with not only intelligence but with compassion as well. I will be back to this Walgreens with all of my prescriptions and all my other shopping I do all year long. I very much enjoyed being treated like a human being. Thank you Rhonda Shafer

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. They never have the same Personnel working. Never have prescriptions ready when you're on automatic refill, receive texts and or phone calls that it is ready. You wait in line 20 to 30 minutes for them to tell you nothing is ready and you have to come back. They never understand which medications you're on or if something has changed. Looking for a new Pharmacy asap! I miss Save Mart pharmacy.

Rude new? manager. None of the sale items rung up right and she proceeded to argue with me that the cashew nuts were "whole" not "half" and wouldn't honor the sale price. Their employees stocked five shelves of whole nuts but she made it like it was my fault....the Doritos didn't ring up right either because most had the NFL designed label... The manager chided me saying I should have went to the front check out instead of the pharmacy (which wasn't busy) and I was picking up meds so that's irrelevant.

I had a severe allergy last night. I came to walgreens to pick up my medication for it. They have been telling me to come back every couple of hours. 1st because the system was down. Couple hrs later, they couldnt figure out my insurance so they said theyre gonna call the hq. Couple hrs later they didnt call hq and just did and told me to wait 1 hr more and now its been past the time. Im starting to get itchy again. I need my medication. And these people kept putting me aside and only doing what they said they were going to do after i have called them after the hours they told me to wait. If i could give you 0 stars i would.

The worst drive thru ever. Takes up too 15 mins to et your script.. They either need more help or better management... Over an hour in the line to get Covid meds. I had no choice but to wait..
