Walgreens Pharmacy

The woman at the pharmacy today 10/29/24 at 9:54am was extremely rude to an elderly couple waiting in line. As she is waiting on another customer she tells them to be quiet because she can only listen to one conversation at a time. Respect your elders. Disgusting behavior.

Pharmacy Not ideal for working population that doesn't get back to their area until later on . Pharmacy is closed on weekends and has lunch hour with no backup. And then closes at 7:00pm

What kind of pharmacy holds onto prescriptions for days without contacting the customer. Then I finally find out it's closed by looking at the website (supposedly temporary). I called the manager and was told I could go to another Walgreens or they will be opened again at the end of the week. This is unacceptable.

Waited on hold for 30 mins then the line rang out for another 5 min then hung up. What kind of customer service is this
