Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed. I have called multiple times to be put on an endless loop of ringing, to music, to ringing, to music to (after 25 minutes) getting hung up on. I was told they are no longer allowed to order my Rx and that it just get sent to them Willy nilly - and is a weekly injection. Multiple times I’ve had to go a week + without my meds that are supposed to be given on a regular day/time - how is this possible!?!? I just got on one of the endless loops on hold and ringing and after 25 minutes got disconnected as I walked into the pharmacy and there were just TWO cars in line and two people in line inside. It’s just not acceptable - there are two empty windows and one person jumping back and forth between the car and the in-store line. HIRE MORE STAFF!!

Do not use this pharmacy. They do not answer their phone. Last week, I spent over 2 hours on hold two separate days, now on hold for 2 hrs & 45 min and they just disconnected me. They are horrible.

I had a wonderful experience here. I’m from out of state and was having trouble with my insurance. They helped me figure it out and were kind and efficient.

Sold me the wrong dose of my meds. Didn't mention dose when purchased. Went home and opened bag and saw it was the wrong dose. They won't take it back so I'm out $25. Check your dosage before you leave the store

This has to be the worst pharmacy on the planet! every single time there is a problem with picking up!!! Nothing is ever ready when they tell you it's ready!! What a complete joke!!! Go anywhere but here!! That's why the reviews are so bad!! They're horrible
