Walgreens Pharmacy

Would recommend avoiding if you have an RX that requires to be called in each month. Calls never go to the actual store pharmacy, you get re-routed to the call center who then has to re-route you back to the store where NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. So you are forced back to begin all over again. Walgreens App is inconsistent with actual information and staff are rude and unprofessional in the store when you can finally reach someone to sort out the incompetence and misinformation you’ve been given over a 24 hour period, when you are just trying to get an RX filled. Very disappointing Walgreens! You can do better.

I always have to wait for needs to be shipped to store. And order was for pain meds sent on Wed. They said it will be in Fri. Refused to transfer to cvs, which they have done in the past. So annoying
