Walgreens Pharmacy

Yes I'm long time resident of McLean 36 years in town friend of community I'm very disappointed for The last 5 years the quality of Walgreens in the service is going down down and down on chain bridge road in McLean 25% of the items are not available at least it on the website which I checked today is the 30th of August 2025 she only had the two employees at the front counter nobody to help inside limited stuff at the pharmacy as well when the two ladies they take from pharmacy a break that's pretty much nobody there except one person who is not pharmacist no advice to buy supplements or medication no many items no tonic water today no zero cola and no batteries which are there but they are not available I mean the company's disaster still makes a lot of profit importing the cheap Chinese

The pharmacy has never been anything but helpful every time I've interacted with them. I'm saddened to see all of the negative reviews. From what I've experienced, they are an efficient, hardworking, and friendly group of people trying their best to deal with a very high workload. Working in a pharmacy is not a relaxing job. Give them a break.

This Pharmacy had 2-registers and was very slow. To my Horror, they cut back to ONE Register and put a DIE Hire on it causing much longer waiting times. The customers are furious. All time Stupid.

One great customer service could change your mind and invite you back to shop with any store this time at Walgreens. I received from David on the cashier's who assisted me with a positive spirit. it's been a great experience after I was upset by one of the pharmacies at the cvs window inside Walgreens . Thank you again!

This location was pretty well stocked and they had the items i was looking for. The staff are helpful and courteous. Lots of groceries and snacks too. Parking is shared by the strip mall so it’s pretty spacious.
