Walgreens Pharmacy

Rouaa is such a perfect fit to be working here. She truly understands that going to the pharmacy can be a difficult and stressful time and her listening skills, compassion, understanding and desire to help others is absolutely amazing. During this time when customer service seems to be lacking most Rouaa is a shining example on how it should be done. My overall experience with Rouaa is a 10++ Thank you Rouaa.

There are several bad reviews about this pharmacy. So I want to give fair credit where it’s due. Pharmacist Steve has been super helpful and techs, Andrea and Jen are great too. I find that when you’re kind and appreciative in general, you get the same treatment in return.

This Walgreens location used to be wonderful, but in the last year has become a nightmare. The pharmacy people are very rude and not helpful. The pharmacist tries to help, but the others that work in the pharmacy are rude. I’ve been going to Walgreens for a long time and I’m about ready to switch to CVS or at least to a different location.

Went to pick up a prescription today at 1130am. Waited at least 15 minutes at the drive through window with 3 people in the pharmacy, and I still wasn't taken. The staff person came over and pushed the mike saying "We'll get to you as soon as we can" Is there a fire? are you being robbed? In the time it took to say that they could have taken my name handed my my medicine! I drove off and let the two people behind me wait instead. The first thing I learned about serving customers when I was 14 years old was you take care of the customers in line first. That doesn't mean service only the customers who dont have a glass window in front of them. Something has happened with this location in the last year. I feel like it coincides with the closing of the Norton location. I have experienced several rude people working at the pharmacy counter, and the communication is terrible. They once put instructions on my meds to "dispense under tongue" It was an injectable, so.... no. If you have an insurance issue, they don't tell you until you go in to pick up your meds. Then you are faced with an issue that you didn't expect that could have been avoided with a phone call. I know the healthcare industry is in trouble (short staffed, etc), but shame on Walgreens not upping the customer service game.
