Walgreens Pharmacy

I’d give this store a zero if I could. Walgreens closed the pharmacy in Glendora and was forced to use this one. It is absolutely the worst. There are two young ladies that work in the pharmacy that are wonderful. Unfortunately the rest of the staff is absolutely awful. They are woefully inept. They are not pleasant and they’re bad at their job. I’ve taken insulin for 25 yet every time I refill my insulin with these geniuses it is like pulling teeth. We’re not talking about filling an opioid we’re talking about insulin. I recently tried to call because no one from the staff would dare bother to leave a message letting me know there’s an issue with the prescription and was on hold the first time for 38 minutes before being hung up on and the second call was on hold for 48 minutes and s

Used to use Rite Aide for vaccinations. Had to find a new location. This one is awful in comparison. Long wait. Had to use a QR code to register for a walk in appointment.

I normally don’t have problems at this pharmacy however on 1/6 it took 5 visits and a phone call to get a simple prescription filled. Each visit was a different story. They had the script and should have had my insurance, too, because I get a script filled monthly.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. They are rude, unprofessional and downright inconsiderate. I have been going here for years because it's down the street from my doctors office. I used to enjoy going here the wait hadn't been long, the non pharmacy cashiers are friendly, but this all changed a few months ago. There's one tech, I don't think she's a pharmacist, she takes the script at front window. Anyway whenever she takes my script that's always a problem. Today was the last straw. My Dr writes me a 28 day script I come every 4 Tuesdays have for YEARS!!! Today she says it's not due till tomorrow. WHAT!!!???!!! No it's today every 4 weeks on a Tuesday. She wouldn't fill it. Double billed for insulin- don't use online payment. Waited 3 weeks for insulin and then they didn't have it after I was notified it was in. Double charged for insulin. Waiting for refund.. 3 other issues last 3 years years including HIPPA issue with pharmacist yelling out personal information in store where other customers could hear. Pharmacist gave shot w/o changing gloves from previous.
