Walgreens Pharmacy

I will be having all her medication transferred to Walmart. I went around and around with these people about getting my daughters Insurance straight finally I did after about 3 or 4 months. I go in today to pick up my daughter's medicine and clarify if it has been ran under the new insurance because there was copays when I thought there was not.Anyway the girl was very rude I say rude she was very Snappy unprofessional with no demeanor, like talking to a wall. She treated me as if I was drug seeking. I didn't have a valid ID because my ID went out June 2nd of this year and I ordered another one and still haven't received in the mail due to an address mix up. I explained this to her she still denied to give me the medication that was controlled which was Adipex it's not a narcotic it's for

Great customer service.. love being greeted when walking in store and ty for having big bags for big items... good prices..appreciate the sales.. pick up and delivery smooth.. My only issue is items ordered but then not available..

The most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. With a line at the counter, one staff member prioritized leaving over helping customers. She waited until I got to the counter to tell me to move over to the other line then joked about wanting to get out of there. Prescriptions are constantly not filled on time. Just ridiculous.

Everything concerning these pharmacys are just lacking, whether its this Walgreens or the CVS next door. They drag at everything they do, from the front end to the pharmacy and especially the pharmacy! If you expect to enter here and you're in a rush, please come another day, at another time, or you will be habitually disappointed every single time!! They make it impossible to even get into a pharmacy in the day and age we live in, especially if you have prescription pain medication. If you've had surgery or a surgical procedure then you must be well established by years of so-called loyal service to them or they will not fill your medications!!! Here lately they do not want to answer their phone to help anyone. Someone will pick up and speak so fast you can't even catch it before you're put on hold again or just hang up completely. I waited for 2 hours and got hung up on 5 times!!! Ridiculous!
