Walgreens Pharmacy

Called and how to get verified from some other person that's not even connected to the pharmacy and then I'm getting transferred to talk to somebody else that's not part of the pharmacy and then I finally get to talk to the pharmacy, and in the meantime I get disconnected, this is not how a pharmacy is supposed to work the system is not set up properly and it's not convenient like any other place like Walmart and meijer's, that place needs to be more efficient.

not a pharmacy I would recommend if you’re at all in any sort of hurry for a prescription. Probably just a case of corporate governance not concerned about customer experience.

Was born and raised in Chicago. I've been going to Walgreens my whole life, This place is horrible. The staff is unhelpful rude and calling is harder to get through than the President

I love my pharmacist, Krista. But my app states that I have meds ready to pick up, and when I get there, there are zero meds ready! Drives me crazy! Krista is the best pharmacist, hands down! She makes sure that my meds are always in check and I get the correct manufacturer.

All staff is awesome absolutely love John, he's the nicest guy ever! Pharmacy on the other hand is another story long wait times and the "pharmacist's" there are absolutely terrible they judge you, they talk behind your back, refill your scripts when they feel like it, If they don't care for you because you speak the truth about things, they will mess with you and won't fill the whole prescription at once they will lie to you and say they don't have the full prescription in stock, Even if or when you have talked to one earlier in the day and said they would all be there at a said time. Then go in at said time to find out they have spoke to each other and told about the situation they pulled on the customer all because this pharmacist does not like the customer. Totally not cool at all.
