Low staff, too many people in line to pick prescriptions, prescription never ready on time and pharmacy close too early 7 PM

HORRIBLE customer service. Tried asking a question about pharmacy hours, the employee (who obviously lacks communication and customer service skills) just walked away and said "it's lunch time" as she was walking away. No wonder this location is always closed. I'm sure it'll be closed in no time with employees like this. Will be transferring my children's prescriptions elsewhere. It's fine that it's lunch and the pharmacy is closed, no need to be rude about it. Sorry that your job is customer service and a customer asked a question. Don't worry about responding to this review, after this prescription is done I'll take my business elsewhere. Just a warning to anyone considering using this location. I've never had an issue with this pharmacy. They've only ever gone above and beyond. Special shoutout to Tony and his team on 06/08/24 for filling my prescription within a few hours on short notice. I believe that they are always busy/short-staffed, so that was very much appreciated. Thank you so much!

If I could give this pharmacy location No Stars I would… They are constantly and consistently always closing without notice! They tell you your prescription will be ready on said day and boom You go up there, AND THEYRE CLOSED!! They’re playing with peoples HEALTH, some people need their medication or bad things happen… PLACE IS RIDICULOUS.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL… GO ELSEWHERE

I'm so conflicted. The people I've worked with at this location have always been kind. It is obvious that the pharmacy is struggling to handle the volume that is coming into the store. What has happened to cause this pharmacist shortage? Is it just Walgreens? Sounds like they need to close a few locations until they can re-staff. I'm almost out of my meds, had to call three times on something that is on auto-refill. It's still not ready. I'll be out soon. Gonna need to move on to another pharmacy!
