Walgreens Pharmacy

I get it, is for profit. But seriously this place needs more staff. Close down the drive thru if you don't have enough personnel to attend it. Waited 20 minutes in line, when my turn came, the person at the register decided to tend to the drive thru window, left me there 20 waiting. Mean while 4 customers behind me got their prescriptions before me. Truly hate coming to this pharmacy. Shopping around for another one... Avoid it if you can...

This Walgreens has been opened for just a few years and it already needs a facelift and a lot more staff. Last time I went for a package of cookies. There were four or five security guards on duty who managed to stop an 80 year-old homeless man from stealing batteries--meanwhile, there was just one cashier on duty and a line of 10 customers waiting to checkout. This pharmacy is so unorganized it’s bordering on negligent. Today was the first day this year’s booster/flu shot became available. You would think that as the pharmacist on site, you would prepare for this day and put in place a process so that things run smoothly. Unfortunately she failed miserably at this. I arrived at 5 for my appointment at 5:15, and wasn’t seen until 6. I had to ask someone for help at 5:40 before they realized my paperwork was buried somewhere, meaning I could have waited much longer. Hilariously the guy who arrived AFTER me did receive his shots well before me. The desk attendant processed him correctly, and the one who processed me simply passed the paperwork to the pharmacist who apparently just forgot about it. Bad service bad experience if they dont want to take prescription just say it dont make me waste my time , I called about 3 prescription that my mom's doctor sent to them , my mom went and tried to pick them up but they said it was only 1 med for her that the other 2 were sent to a different pharmacy called my doctor and he said no I sent them to the same one, called Walgreens back it took forever for them to answer finally someone answer and put me on hold after explaining my issue waited another 20 mins and somebody else answer asking the same question the first customer service asked, and i told her but someone answer the phone and supposedly he was checking on the prescriptions that I was calling about it, and she just click on me and hang up the call, I didn't have a chance to at

Unprofessional staff. People at the front have no patience. They know people need to get their medicine, and they take advantage of that by treating un respectful
