Walgreens Pharmacy

They have this rude little girl working at the counter. As soon as she noticed I needed help she looked miserable. What she lacks in height she makes up for in her nasty attitude. I wish people wouldn’t work customer service positions if they don’t know how to provide it or at least pretend that they know how.

There's always at LEAST a half hour wait at the pharmacy not matter what time of day you come. I've waiting 30 min in the drivethrough, only to be told it was for Covid shots only. There was no sign stating this, and once you're in line and someone is behind you, you can't leave the line. I went inside and there was a huge line. There's 4 people working there and only 1 person at the counter. This is easily the WORST pharmacy I've ever gone to.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Line is always long and never moving despite multiple people behind the counter. Sometimes you are not even acknowledged behind the counter. I stopped going to the drive through because I got stuck in it two times for more than 30 minutes. On other occasions I have had to come back multiple times and have my doctor on the phone arguing with them about things they failed to acknowledge receipt of. I gave them plenty of chances. They’ve lost my business.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve never spent less than 20 minutes there. They have filled my prescription on auto then refused to give it to me saying I picked it up. Overcharged me. Will fill a partial and put it in the system that I picked up the whole prescription. They also just don’t call for insurance authorizations. So if you want your prescription you need to call insurance companies yourself. My doctors have told me themselves they have issues with this place. They are also constantly training new staff who are alone at the counter. Also got my previous review removed where I said I was there with multiple staff behind the counter not wearing masks and eating on the table they package the meds on during the height of covid.

Easily the worst pharmacy. Always 4,5,6 people behind the counter always a long long wait no matter how many customers. Every time I go there is an issue. Either they don’t have what I need, “the system is down”, or some other ridiculous issue. I had an appointment for a COVID shot and i get there today and they say “we called everyone 2 days ago to tell them there’s no COVID shot”. Well They gave me an appointment yesterday no issues. Stand 15 minutes online with 1 person in front of me for them to tell me to just go somewhere else. Entire pharmacy staff should be replaced. Wish my insurance never had switched from CVS.
