Walgreens Pharmacy

I pulled up to the drive through. Several employees just stood there and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I waited for 8 minutes of this then went inside. I had called in a hour prior so it would be ready although it still wasn’t ready. Terrible customer service every time I go there. Will have my prescriptions transferred!! B

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was absolutely unbelievable. The pharmacy manager, Jaci, was extremely unprofessional, blatantly nasty, condescending toward the staff, aggressive, and full of attitude. She acted like being there was a favor to everyone else, not her job. Her energy was downright toxic, and it was clear everyone around her felt uncomfortable. She is completely unfit for a role in healthcare, let alone any kind of leadership. Walgreens, do better.

Made an appointment to get a flu shot a few days ago. After waiting in line for 15 minutes at my designated appointment time, I got to the front of the line only to have the pharmacy tell me that they “were swamped” and I would need to wait another 40 minutes while they took care of all of the customers behind me. I repeat, I had an appointment. They prioritized all of the other customers over the one with the appointment. This is my second terrible flu shot experience with Walgreens. I’ll get my flu shot and the rest of my pharmacy needs at CVS from now on.

Worst pharmacy in Lincoln. Told me on Friday my moms pain meds that she was all out of were going to be ready in 2 hours. Its now the following Thursday and the script is still not ready. They told me try back tomorrow. They are rude, they are slow, and this was after I had to wait in line for the 3rd time for over 45mins. What a waste of time. They all should be fired. This is elder abuse.

Staff is not helpful. Pharmacy staff told me they weren't helping customers in lane 2. After I drove around they proceeded to help 4 customers in lane 2 while I waited in lane 1. Phone support isn't any better, I had a question about the prescription and was on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told that medication is prescribed a lot and they didn't have time to look into it.
