Walgreens Pharmacy

I'd love to give it five stars, but Danzie Pharmacy isn't the best at customer service, much less at the drive-thru. I love being served by Kabir and Adriana, they're the best and experts at customer service and satisfaction. Please leave them in the drive-thru and leave the other one in another area. Don't keep taking away stars because of one employee. I hope they take into account the way they serve customers because it makes a big difference. If they're in the drive-thru, I prefer to go straight to the pharmacy.

I have been coming here for flu and COVID injections for a few years. You can make an appointment online. The persons performing the injections has always been very good.

I love Walgreens. They are a bit overpriced sometimes but I understand it's a convienence store so that's what happens. They always have really cute stuff for holidays.

Pharmacy is always ready and polite, sometimes there is a line. Store staff very polite and helpful.

Worst service at the pharmacy I have ever received. We dropped a prescription off yesterday and they asked if we were going to wait in store for it to be filled, I said yes. Went to sit down by the clinic. 40 minutes went by and I walked up to the counter to ask if it was ready. The woman told me no, so I told her I was told it would take a half hour to fill it and its been 40 minutes. She said that it wasn't done and she didn't know when it would be done. Disgusted with her horrible customer service skills I sat down and waited. I watched people who dropped of prescriptions after me get theirs about 20 minutes later. I waited in total an hour and a half to pick up my prescription. The staff didn't even care and acted like I was ridiculous for being frustrated. I will never go to this phar
