Walgreens Pharmacy

Doctor called in a order Yesterday 01-27-2026 before 18:00 It is now 01-28-2026 time is now 14:00. 20 hours plus and still now help. No progress on fill the drug. I've tried calling. No luck. I'm now trying to get the Doctor to call it in at a different Drug store. I called Walmart and no one will every believe me. But a person picked up the phone.

My Brother picked up script for me tonight. He came home speaking about a sick customer that was not getting cooperation,kindness,or compassion from the Wallgreens staff. He was going to call 911 because the Customer was in respiratory distress. She could not stand and had difficulty speaking. My brother was saddened by the disregard and callousness of the staff. Fortunately other customers were present to help her and one made sure she got home safely. God bless my Brother and the other patrons that helped her. Wallgreens do better please 🙏.

The pharmacy needs more employees. Having to wait over five minutes in this day and age is just plain wrong.

If I could give them a zero I would. They gave me the wrong prescription dosage and when I realized it they refused to take it back. But then they made me pay again for the correct dosage.

This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Scripts not processed, when they do process it takes days and days, issues with insurance and they tell me to call my insurance and then the insurance tells me they haven’t had any requests and that they must not be doing is correctly… my 4year old waiting 4 days for medicine he critically needs when he’s in pain. They are truly incompetent. Literally go anywhere else.
