Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve always loved Walgreens for my preferred pharmacy but the last three-four months I’ve had nothing but issues. I’ll get texts saying my prescriptions are ready but when I come to pick it up, they say it’s not or that they can’t find the request. I sat in line last Monday for over 10 minutes just to get up to the window and be told it wasn’t ready and to come back Wednesday. When I came back Wednesday, my Rx still wasn’t ready and the girl was very rude about it. I’m not normally one to do a review like this but I’m sad to see Walgreens has gone down hill so much. I’ll be switching to a different pharmacy as soon as possible.

I go into the pharmacy an hour after my prescription had been sent. They tell me they don’t see anything has been sent and ask me to call my provider. I call my provider and they sent it an hour before I was at the pharmacy and they confirmed that the pharmacy got the order. As I’m on the phone (as the pharmacy tech asked me to) she closes the window in my face and goes to lunch. I wait 30 min for them to come back and magically they are able to find my prescription that was in fact sent hours before hand. Then they tell me I have to wait 30 more minutes because they don’t have it ready. If it’s not ready yet that’s fine, but don’t lie to me, have me call my doctor for no reason, and close the window in front of me just so you can take your break instead of helping people who were in line

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Nothing but problems and condescending rude employees who all seem like they are new but also treat customers like they are a burden? Nothing but inconsistency and long wait time just to get turned away since nobody can tell you what's going on. If you are considering this pharmacy DONT.

ABSOLUTELY horrible customer service. Poor communication. Will be switching to different pharmacies for sure. I will get 4-5 texts throughout the day saying they are open, then they’re closed and now they’re open again just to get there and have them closed due to no pharmacists being on shift. No wonder why Walgreens are closing their doors little at a time. It’s a shame to see such a business go south.

The store has many things to choose from some great prices and some are not. You will need to have a membership to have the saving though. There is a charging station. Picture included. Not the cleanest store, kind of run down. Bathrooms were gross.
