Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Horrible service I called them to enquirer about medicine they said it’s ready for pick up went to pick it up first they refused that there is no prescription after I told them I spoke to staff and they said it’s ready for pick up then they said it will take 40 minutes I will never ever come back here. It happened two or three times with me.

1st time I've visited this pharmacy since Mar 2020 and the staff was absolutely under- cared for. The Walgreens in Michigan was well equipped and convenient. The mask on the check out clerk was clearly re-used so I assume corporate is not providing medical grade masks at no expense for their front line employees/workers. Items were still out of stock. And to keep the annoyance and risk up... I had to interact with 2 employees instead of just being handled through one transaction! ... i.e. I picked up my prescription (where other patients were being rude and oblivious) and the pharmacy staff didn't ring up my vitamins so I then had to go to the line in front to check out where it was not well spread out. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

Irene from the pharmacy is EXCEPTIONAL! My husband and I were in dire need of an item from the pharmacy and had called around to several different pharmacies and finally found it here. The issue was that when we finally got to this pharmacy, it was almost time to close. We explained our situation to Irene and she assured us that she would wait until we got there. Indeed she did and provided excellent customer service! You just don't get service like that now-a-days so we fell compelled to acknowledge her!

They have great associates who serve very well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! Absolutely the worst place I have ever had a prescription filled. Dropped it off at 5:30 was told to come back after 7. Came back at 7:30, still wasn't ready and was told to come back in 20 mins. I left and came back a hour and 15 mins later and still wasn't ready! Standing at the counter ( the only one in line) for 15 mins before I was acknowledged and then the clerk told the person behind me that just walked up to come ahead of me 🤬. Then when asked my name that's when my prescription was filled! REALLY!!!??!?! Won't ever come back here again even if it's the only place left to get a prescription
