Walgreens Pharmacy

This is my go-to pharmacy! Without exception, my dealings with the pharmacists and with the pharmacy assistants (or pharmacy technicians) have always been both pleasant and professional. Their customer focus just radiates! Although they may not realize it, they are an integral part of my healthcare team that has helped be maintain vibrant and radiant health as a senior citizen.

It’s amazing just how bad customer service is in the medical industry. This place is no different than any other pharmacy. Just plan on waiting in line for a long time. If there is a problem with a refill, do not expect them to contact you or the doctor or do anything really. I’m on my 3rd visit here to get a prescription filled and it’s like groundhogs day every time I finally get to the front of the line.

I know everyone complains the service is slow, however recently one of the pharmacist JOE really helped me out last time I was there and in a bit of a crisis. He spoke with me and filled out my medication immediately. Thank you Joe.

This location has become one of the worst pharmacies I have dealt with . Prescriptions take forever to get filled you cannot get through on the phone they just leave you on hold until you finally give up . When you go in person they are very rude and the wait is ridiculous . I’m transferring to CVS they are very kind and efficient

This pharmacy is pathetic with its chaos and disorganization. I had a prescription ordered from the ER last night at 8 o’clock and it’s been almost 24 hours and it’s still not ready. This place needs to be shut down. It’s so pathetic.
