Walgreens Pharmacy

I have had so many problems with the Walgreens. Today's issue is that a medication that I called about last week and was supposed to be ready days ago is apparently unavailable. I can't get is at any Walgreens around and they have no idea when they can stock it. They did not communicate this in advanced even though they said it's been like this for several days. Previously I've had issues with them not moving a prescription they said they moved and filling it at the old/wrong location, filling a prescription that I told them I no longer needed multiple times, and changing a specific prescription to a different brand that was not what I needed without informing me. Called to talk to a person about confirming basic information (information that has not been updated on their site for a year) and the person hung up on me. These people obviously are lacking human decency. Glad I get my script from publix cause after this interaction I will have NOTHING TO DO WITH WALGREENS again. It's very evident they are a money only caring corporation.

This is my go to for when I only need a couple of things and I don’t want to go to a big store. They always have exactly what I need. The cashiers are very friendly, always welcoming you as you enter the store! They are just as nice as they check you out!

Extremely rude staff. I’ve gone there for three years and the new staff they’ve hired are SO horrible that I’m switching to the CVS down the road.

Sometimes don’t have the medication. They tell you it is going to be ready another day and when you come back to pick it up they haven’t done anything to get it. Oh an other times they loose prescriptions too.
